Quiznos Charges Way Too Much

I just ate at a Quiznos this afternoon. I think my wallet still is hurting.

I thought I would take the wife out and get something to eat. Our usual turkey sandwich was getting a bit old. For some reason (probably me) I suggested Quiznos.

The sandwich shop has never been a favorite of mine. I think that they tend to toast the bread so much that I can't taste anything.

To keep the long story short, I dropped $17.00 for lunch for the both of us.

Did I mention the Mesquite Chicken sucks? The chicken tasted like it was marinated in pond scum and the cheese was yellow mush. I have had better sandwiches that have sat out in the hot sun all day.

To borrow from my idol Merlin Mann "net net" it was a bad experience. Next time I will spend the same amount at the wonderful City Market in downtown Rochester.
